users are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services. any unauthorized use of our services may result in termination of the service.

payment terms

• payment structure: a deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upfront, with the remaining amount due upon project completion.
• refund policy: once the initial design concept is approved, refunds will not be available. services such as seo, smm, and email marketing are charged on a monthly basis. if the client chooses to opt-out, a written notice must be provided at least one month prior to cancellation.

project timelines

project timelines vary depending on the scope and nature of the project, ranging from 2 days to a few weeks. our response rate is 100%.

client responsibilities

clients are responsible for providing all required information and making successful initial payments for the commencement of services.

limitation of liability

voic digital will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred during the use of our services. we employ best practices to minimize risks, but we do not guarantee against loss.

governing law

these terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of karachi, sindh, pakistan.
